STATEMENT

In our opinion, during the presidency of V.Putin and D.Medvedev, and during A. Serdjukov serving as Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation the above stated officials have committed a number of actions with essential elements of treason (Article 275 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) which implies assistance to foreign countries in hostile activities against the Russian Federation including defense potential damage.

Due to conscious deeds of V.Putin, D.Medvedev, and A.Serdjukov favourable conditions for foreign countries’(NATO)intrusion and stationing at the territory of the Russian Federation have been created. During their service V.Putin and D.Medvedev sequentially and consciously committed actions contradicting to interests of Russia as sovereign, independent state and created threats for external safety and defense capability of the Russian Federation. Such deeds include:

1. preparation to and deployment of military bases of Russia's potential enemy – NATO – on the territory of Russia;
2. drowning of the orbital base “Mir”. The base performed strategic defense mission;
3. three-day omission in the rescue of “Kursk” undersea craft and its crew (it looked like collusion with foreign countries against the external security of Russia);
4. liquidation of the reconnaissance bases in Cam Ranh (Vietnam) and Lourdes (Cuba). The bases performed controlling of communications of potential aggressors - PRC and the USA.
5. transfer of the RF territory to People’s Republic of China without notice of public opinion. As a result PRC obtained uncontrolled access to Khabarovsk city and the Russian Far East. Lots of citizens of Russia consider that as being violation of territory integrity of the country;
6. transfer of emerging nuclear technologies developed by the RF scientists to the USA. The Russian citizens consider it as betrayal of the state secret under the guise of cooperation between states (2009);
7. sale of highly enriched uranium to the USA. As a result, Russia lost the whole supply of uranium necessary for defense nuclear weapon;
8. signing and ratification of the treaty on further reduction of strategic nuclear forces (СNF-3) between the RF and the USA. The treaty makes the process of defense potential destruction irreversible in the face of the most aggressive army of the world;
9. signing of agreement on accession of Russia to the WTO. Overwhelming majority of Russian experts claim the accession of Russia to the WTO will result in complete destruction of the national economy followed by loss of independence from international capital and loss of the country’s sovereignty;
10. investment of stabilization fund and gold holdings to the banks of the USA. Experts consider that as an act of assistance to the American economy to the detriment of the Russian economy when the latter needed funds dramatically. The fund went broke and the RF just lost funds belonging to people. The officials involved into such economic failure must respond, especially V.Putin.
11. It is during the service of V.Putin and D.Medvedev that transfer of Russian territories (in strategically-significant scale)and strategical enterprises into ownership of foreign citizens became possible. Such practice leads to the violation of territory integrity of the RF.
